Bruce Baier became the leading commercial appraiser in Glenwood Springs, Colorado over many years of service before moving to Southern Arizona in 2006. With integrity as his number one personal and business value, he gained the respect of his clients and the community for being a fair and impartial appraiser and consultant on a wide variety of real estate properties. He brought those same qualities with him to Southern Arizona through working for two other firms before starting his own appraisal business again.

He has managed appraisal assignments of multiple property types in Southern Arizona with values ranging from $100,000 to over $20,000,000. Appraisal assignments in Southern Arizona have included apartment complexes from 15 to 359 units; retail properties including a 90,000 SF single tenant retail store and a strip shopping center; industrial properties including a large truck sales & service facility and a self-storage facility; free-standing office condominiums including a medical office and surgery center. Additional real estate appraisals have also been performed on specialized medical buildings, an auto dealership, retail properties, a firehouse, light industrial properties, apartments, day-care centers, church, religious retreats, conservation easement on State Land ranch property, and a variety of vacant land types.
